Reflecting on his experience, Nikita Lovetsky shared, 'The festival left an indelible mark on me. The beautiful and sun-soaked city of Almaty, teeming with unique individuals, immersed us fully in the ambiance of film festivals, turning each day into a celebration. Winning the accolade from film critics was an immense surprise. This marks just the beginning of the festival journey for our film, but this initial step for our debut work inspires us to pursue greater heights in the field.'

Synopsis of his short film: For several years now, Galina Petrovna has not left her house in Mayevka Village near Bishkek. There is a cozy blue house with fish garland in which a lonely grandma Galina tells us a story about her ghostly husband who died fifteen years ago. Every day she takes care of the house and even runs a small business. She sells chicken eggs and does laundry for some of her neighbors in her own washing machine. In a house full of pets, Galina Petrovna tells us about her alcoholic husband, pain and a new life after his death.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Nikita Lovetsky, hoping that this award is but the dawn of an illustrious and radiant film career."
