Earlier this week, WARC programming tutor Nursultan Dzhumabaev released a program he had coded by himself to make the business of the WARC run more smoothly. The program scans the contents of the tutors' inbox and provides Zoom invitations to their tutees, saving the WARC tutors quite a bit of time as a result.
“It all began as a helper for me,” Nursultan said. “Later I thought that it would be a nice idea to make a kind of settings file in order to set up the helper.… It took like one working day to complete it. Not that hard, actually.”
We hope that the tool will smooth communications between tutors and tutees and are grateful to our tutors for the initiative they take to improve the work of our office.
