APPLIED MATHEMETICS AND INFORMATICS MINOR POLICY
The AMI department offers a minor degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics for students of other departments interested in mathematical modeling in natural and social sciences. Students must present a minimum GPA of 3.0 in their major and must obtain the approval of the chair of their major program and the chair of the Applied Mathematics and Informatics department. To earn the Minor degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics students must complete at least four required and three elective courses (table below).
